Delete your MenuCraft account
SMI Digital Teknoloji Limited Sirketi provides MenuCraft. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
Delete in the app
- Open MenuCraft and go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm to start the deletion request.
If you are on the subscription screen and have not signed in, choose Delete account at the bottom of that screen. Guest accounts created with “Not now” can be deleted the same way.
What deletion removes
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirmation starts the request; it does not mean that every deletion step has completed. Successful deletion removes:
- Your account and sign-in session.
- Your kitchen scans and the photos you submitted.
- Your kitchen items and shopping list.
- Your recipes, food preferences, and household details.
- The push notification tokens for your devices.
- Your customer record in RevenueCat, our subscription provider.
If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple token that MenuCraft holds.
Deletion can stop if a storage, account, Apple, or subscription-provider step fails. Some records may already be removed before a failure. If the app reports a problem, follow its retry instructions. If you cannot complete deletion or access the account, contact applesupport@smitechlabs.com. Final cleanup may also need follow-up after the account itself has been removed.
Some purchase, legal, security, and support records may need to remain. Backups and records held by service providers may follow separate deletion schedules. Generated ingredient artwork is shared across users, is not linked to any account, and is retained. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
Cancel MenuCraft Pro separately, or you may still be charged.
- Android: open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel MenuCraft.
- iPhone: cancel in your Apple Account at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
If you cannot use the app
Email applesupport@smitechlabs.com with the subject “MenuCraft account deletion.” Give us enough detail to find your account, such as the device and approximate date you started using MenuCraft. An email address alone may not identify an anonymous account. We may ask for more information to confirm the account is yours. Do not send passwords, session tokens, or full payment card details.
